A water/sewer application can be found here and can be submitted in person or emailed to water@fortbraggca.gov.
TENANTS must provide a lease/rental agreement, photo ID and deposit.
OWNERS must provide proof of ownership (Grant Deed) and photo ID.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT companies must provide property management agreement.
Pay your bill online and view usage history, select payment options, sign up for AutoPay, eBills or bill reminders.
Three dropboxes are located by City Hall: one in the alley behind City Hall for easy drive-by access, one in the front of City Hall and another inside the finance department.

To report a water or sewer problem the first step you should take is to call a plumber.
If your plumber determines that the problem is an emergency then: If you need your water turned off for broken pipes or plumbing fixtures OR if you have sewer backing up in your residence or property and you are not using any water or appliances that use water and if it is during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, please call (707)961-2825.
